The Rise resort community plan has been built literally from the ground up. Each Okanagan home site is placed in balance with natural landscaping, walking trails and conservation areas. Quiet streets meander past villas and estate homes near the vines. The golf course provides a lively community centre where neighbours and visitors alike gather to share the warmth of the Okanagan.
Beneath it all, state-of-the-art utilities are being established from comprehensive engineering design–from water delivery, to underground electricity, cable and storm water systems. Environmentally sensitive areas have been analyzed and preserved. Streets are designed for optimal flow of cars, pedestrians and non-motorized transport. Even the streetlamps are artfully designed.
Aside from the technical aspects of creating a neighbourhood, The Rise is designed to evolve over time, becoming a true community in every sense of the word.
