The Cellars at The Rise, the Okanagan’s future destination winery, has begun introducing vibrant wine culture to the already incredible resort experience this community offers. Located at the halfway point on the north side of the property, the winery complex will be a natural gathering place for tastings, events and fine dining.

A boutique hotel will host visitors from around the world who will come to experience not just the product of our unique microclimate, but also the process of our winemaking itself. The Cellars at The Rise is designed to be a showpiece for the burgeoning British Columbia wine industry, with an underground gravity-flow winery.

Above ground, our winemaker will be expanding our current crop of Pinot Noir and Riesling to include more varieties. We have acreage specifically destined as a sacrifice to the first deep frost - for Icewine.
